The San Jamar UPM17BK UltiGrips® oven mitt is made of neoprene, withstanding heavy-duty use and resisting stains. Heat protection is provided in temperatures ranging from 109 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There is WebGuard between the thumb and forefinger to offer additional protection and comfort, and since the mitt is stitched with Kevlar®, it is even more durable.
