The SaniServ 791 frozen cocktail machine dispenses two flavors, giving customers options in a small footprint. Each side has a 14-quart reservoir, an independent drive system, and AccuFreeze controls that ensure precise operation. An incorporated audio and visual mix-out system alerts the operator when mix needs to be added to the unit. To provide quick recovery times, the mix pan is refrigerated. Durable in high-volume use, the stainless steel dasher has low-friction blades. The SaniServ 791 frozen beverage dispenser has a stainless steel exterior that adds strength and facilitates cleanup.
