  This Thermalloy® Sauté Pan measures 11-1/2" dia. x 2-7/8" high and holds 5 quarts. It is made out of standard weight, 4.0 mm / 6 gauge aluminum. The handle is securely fastened with rivets for extra durability. It does not have a cover.
