  Somerset's CDR-1550 dough roller is simple and easy to use. Cleverly designed to fit into most establishments with little adjustment. The commercial dough roller has a compact design, perfect for restaurants and bakeries with limited space.

  Use this dough roller for not just pizza dough, but flour tortillas, sheeting, cinnamon rolls, pita bread, pie crusts, cookies, calzones, sweet doughs, and pierogi. It can make 500 to 600 sheets that are up to 15" per hour. It has a simple handle adjustment for precision uniform dough thickness and readily removable, spring-loaded scraper for easy cleaning.

  It includes convenient side operation, and a maintenance-free drive mechanism isolated from the roller. It has a sanitary, heavy gauge, all stainless-steel welded construction. It is safe, simple, and easy to operate with minimum training.
