  This gas griddle is constructed with stainless-steel in the front panel, splash guard, and front rail. It uses reinforced, wall aluminized steel on the side panels. The steel palate is ultra-smooth, it is 3/4 thick and stunningly polished. The thermostat can adjust temperatures from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and uses 1/4 turn manual controls with a standing pilot system. This type of control system will give your cook complete control over the amount of heat being used. This model has three controls, steel radiants, and cooking zones, the U-shaped burner is placed every 12".

  The spatula wide, 3-1/4 front grease trough and grease chute for quick and easy clean up at the end of a long, busy day.
