- 48" W x 21" D cooking surface
- 48" W x 27-13/16" D x 15-1/2" H overall dimensions
- 3/4" thick ultra smooth polished steel plate
- Four (4) steel radiants,
- Four (4) independent cooking zones
- 1/4 turn manual control and standing pilot.
- Individually controlled burners for every 12" of the cooking surface,
- Spatula wide 3-1/4" front grease trough and grease chute
- Rear & side splash guards
- Pressure regulator
- 4" nickel plated steel legs
- Stainless steel front panel, bull nose and removable drip tray
- High performance 80,000 BTU
- Units are shipped NG (LP conversion kit included)
- Units are approved for installation within 6” (15.2 cm) of combustible and non-combustible surfaces and are UL Gas Certified
