One of our best units is the Traulsen UHT27-R under counter refrigerator with one right hinged door. This unit's front breathing design means it can be pushed against a wall or alongside any other cooking equipment -- saving you valuable floor space. it has a stainless steel exterior and an anodized aluminum interior. The door includes both a self-closing and stay open feature. The interior features two powder coated wire shelves per door. These shelves are mounted on pilasters and are adjustable.
The self-contained refrigeration system uses R-134a refrigerant that runs o a 1/4 hp compressor. The standard operating temperature is 34 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is maintained and regulated with the help of a 2" thick, high density, non-CFC foamed in place polyurethane, which insulates the cabinet.
