   The TDD-1-HC sits on 4" castors and uses foamed-in-place, high density, polyurethane to insulate the entire cabinet structure including the doors to maintain the perfect temperature. The exterior is constructed of a heavy duty, wear resistant laminated black vinyl front and sides with a matching aluminum back and a stainless-steel counter-top and glass frame rail. This unit includes a single stainless-steel insulated beer column that has a 3" diameter. Cold air is directed into the beer columns to reduce the amount of foaming and maximize draft beer products. The door exterior is constructed of wear-resistant, laminated black vinyl with a heavy gauge galvanized steel liner. The threshold of the door is equipped with a protector to prevent damage to the cabinet from the continual loading of product. The doors have a one-piece, magnetic door gasket that is removable without the need of tools for easy cleaning. The interior has a stainless-steel floor with a 1/2" reinforced lip and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls that holds the capacity of one 1/2 barrel. It is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for packaged and bottled product. Any product stored will be illuminated under bright LED lighting.

   The condensing unit can be accessed from behind the front grill, it slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance. The self-contained, factory engineered, capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and runs on a 1/10 hp compressor. The state-of-the-art electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors allow this unit to function at peak efficiency. The EMC motors moves a consistent volume of air that produces less heat and reduces energy consumption. The high capacity, factory balanced, refrigeration system will maintain the perfect cabinet temperature of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit keeping your beer cool and fresh.
