Appetizers, family-style meals, or large entrees can be displayed on this Tuxton CBH-1352 oval platter's 13¹⁄₂-inch-long by 9³⁄₄-inch-wide surface. Its coupe rim defines its shape, while its black surface creates a neutral backdrop to elevate food presentation. Its strong, fully vitrified ceramic construction is nonporous to protect against water absorption that could cause it to expand and crack. Because this durable material withstands high temperatures, it can be heated in an oven and a microwave and washed in a dishmachine.
