Easily prepare meats with this Vollrath 11 1/4" stainless steel pot / cook's fork with black Kool-Touch® handle 46918. Made with a durable 18/8 grade stainless steel construction, this pot fork is built to last in your busy establishment and is perfect for spearing meat when cooking or preparing for service. Its handle comes with a Kool-Touch® coating that aids in safe use, as it is heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and color-safe up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. The handle is hollow for a comfortable, well-balanced feel and to reduce heat retention. Plus, it has a permanently bonded insulated coating that resists slipping and peeling.
