Vollrath 20200 Description
Used in buffet lines and food bars, the Vollrath 20200 Super Pan V® false bottom raises food off the bottom of a food pan, preventing oversaturation and ensuring crispness. The bottom is designed for half-size food pans, and its perforated surface enables liquid to drain down into the pan. To remove it from the pan, foodservice staff can use the convenient finger hole.
