This modular drop-in, non-refrigerated cold pan is designed for top-mount installation, It has a full-perimeter drip edge that contains spills and condensation within the stainless-steel countertop area. It has a high-density, polyurethane foam insulation that surrounds the exterior of the well to provide better temperature maintenance and old ice longer.
This deep display well provides maximum capacity for ice and is essential for optimum presentation and performance. The seamless design is for maximum capacity.
