This modular well can be top mounted into 121/4-inch-diameter cutout, and a flat flange with a gasket promises a firm fit against the countertop. With its double-wall construction and fiberglass insulation, the well retains heat to increase efficiency and keep product at safe holding temperatures.
The top, well, exterior housing, and mounted-in control panel of the Vollrath 3646410 drop-in soup well are made of stainless steel for durability. It measures 1213/16 inches in diameter by 1111/16 inches high, and its flat work surface simplifies cleaning. To further optimize cleaning processes, a standard drain is welded to the pan with a ball-type drain valve, and for uncomplicated installation, mounting brackets are included.
