  Vollrath's ServeWell offers an innovative design for value priced mobile serving equipment. It is designed to hold heated, prepare foods at temperatures above the HACCP "danger zone" of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature will be maintained best when the food product is held using pans with covers, the proper water levels are maintained, and the food product is stirred regularly.

  The Vollrath 38203 is built with a heavy-gauge stainless-steel, and an engineer body, legs, and base for strength and durability. If you have ever experienced frustration with previous, traditional, food service units this food table will eliminate all troublesome problems/

  The three wells are thermoset fiber-reinforced resin that is self-insulated for maximum energy efficiency. This construction will prevent rusting or pitting. It can be easily cleaned by simply wiping off water deposits from non-metallic surfaces. Each well has wide, no-drip lips to keep the top surface dry and are equipped with individual brass drain valves. The recommended pan size should measure 4" deep. An operator side plate shelf and cutting board are standard on this hot food unit.

  The heat controls are thermostatic, you can automatically adjust for water temperature and food volume changes to reduce food waste. It features a capillary tube thermostat control supply power that is only used when needed for maximum power efficiency. The dome heating elements use up to 25% less energy and concentrate energy into the wells. The elements are cast-in for a longer service life and a greater energy transfer, All controls have mechanical guards and a power sheet for safety and reliability.
