The 400N is the 3/16" cut Lettuce King I manual countertop lettuce cutter from Vollrath that features an ergonomic handle and 37 blades that will prepare lettuce in a fraction of the time of knife-cutting.
The wide aluminum base, wide-angled legs, and rubber feet provide stability, preventing movement so that the cutter won't slide on your countertop.
The single-handed operation is ergonomic and ensures complete processing of lettuce.
The Lettuce King cutter is NSF listed. The limited warranty on this cutter does not include the blades.
