Accommodating three half-size sheet pans, the Vollrath 40703 Mini-Cayenne® countertop convection oven can bake pastries, cakes, and dough products. It operates between 150 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and its broil function is great for finishing dishes and melting cheeses. Heat is moved throughout the chamber with a unique baffle fan and diffuser plate, and these components create consistent airflow that results in a uniform bake. To track the bake time, the 120-minute timer can be set by the user, and when the cycle ends, it shuts the heat off.
Because this Vollrath 40703 half-size countertop convection oven is made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty and rust resistant. Its interior is designed to ease cleaning with coved corners and removable shelf supports. Made of stainless steel, the oven door is durable, can be removed for cleaning, and stays cool to the touch.
