Vollrath 40812 Description
The Vollrath 40812 vacuum sealer bag can withstand immersion temperatures up to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. Its airtight seal and reduced oxygen packaging keep water and air out of the bag while cooking. The bag is made of a material that is a mixture of polyamide and polyethylene. It is ideal for use in sous vide cooking and it is not suited for use with liquid product.
