The Vollrath 40816 vacuum sealer bag is built for sous vide cooking. Its airtight seal and reduced oxygen packaging keep moisture and air out of the bag while cooking. The nylon, low-density polyethylene bag can handle temperatures up to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. These vacuum sealer bags are made for use with in-chamber machines.
