The Vollrath 40844 refrigerated display case has a curved glass front that displays featured items attractively and is double glazed to promote temperature control. Dual lighting strips adorn the top of the case and the underside of the upper shelf, ensuring all items are lit adequately. This case can display products that must remain cool and visible to guests—cheesecake, pie, fruit salad, or sliced deli meat for example.
