The Vollrath 40848 Cayenne® pizza/bake oven cooks over hearth stones like a traditional oven. These stones are ceramic bake decks, providing direct heat transfer into the pizza from the cooking surface. Two decks enable users to work on multiple projects at one time. A 15-minute timer can be used by chefs to regulate the baking process.
