The food pan in the Vollrath 46518 Orion® full-size chafer holds 9 quarts of product, while the fuel holders provide a place for chafing warmers to sit when keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. Preventing it from getting lost in a crowded banquet hall, a built-in cover holder keeps the dome cover within reachable distance when removed. For durability, the unit is made of corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel.
