Vollrath 47281 Description
To ensure a long service life in fast-paced kitchens, the Vollrath 47281 Jacob's Pride® French whip's wires are made of strong, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a center reinforcement wire for additional sturdiness, and its nylon handle withstands exposure to temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. This handle is equipped with comfort nubs to provide a secure grip and reduce fatigue when users are blending sauces and dense products. The whip is longer and more narrow than traditional piano-style whisks, and it has an overall length of 12 inches that works well in straight-sided pans and other deep vessels.
