Vollrath 47283 Description
Longer and more narrow than a traditional piano whisk, the Vollrath 47283 Jacob's Pride® French whip is ideal for working with dense ingredients and for blending sauces in deep vessels. Built to provide long-lasting strength, it features stainless steel wires with a reinforced center wire that resists bending and deforming. Its handle is made of nylon for additional durability, and it withstands temperature as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with comfort nubs, it provides a secure grip for extended periods of use. This whip measures 16 inches long overall.
