Ideal for high-volume settings where it'll experience everyday use, the Vollrath 47287 Jacob's Pride® French whip's wires are made of resilient stainless steel. A center reinforcement wire provides additional strength, and comfort nubs on the handle reduce fatigue and improve grip during extended periods. Enabling use with hot products, its nylon handle withstands temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for reaching into deep vessels and straight-sided cookware, this whip has an overall length of 24 inches. Designed with a long, narrow profile, the utensil is often used with dense ingredients and sauce blending.
