The Vollrath 47326 pom tongs are made of one piece of stainless steel, providing durability and eliminating unsanitary cracks and crevices. Providing heat protection for the operator, the Kool-Touch® handle coating ensures the tongs are safe at temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This coating also slows bacteria growth with built-in antimicrobial protection.
