Vollrath 47760 Description
The Vollrath 47760 Intrigue® braising pot can produce 12 quarts of browned and braised pot roast, steak, or coq au vin. Inside the pot, mirror-finished stainless steel doesn't harbor grease buildup or stuck-on particles. Users can lift the pot comfortably using two solid loop welded handles, while the aluminum- and stainless steel-clad bottom responds to heat quickly and resists warping.
