Vollrath 47762 Description
Made of stainless steel with an aluminum- and stainless steel-clad base, the Vollrath 47762 Intrigue® braising pot conducts heat quickly and resists bending or warping from recurrent use. It can produce 18 quarts of short ribs, pot roast, or pork loin in each batch, and the mirror-finish interior doesn't harbor bacteria or sticky residue. Users can lift and carry the pot using two solid loop handles that are welded on for stability.
