The Vollrath 47790 saucier pan has curved sides to help users whisk ingredients. Measuring 61⁄4 inches in diameter by 21⁄4 inches deep, it has a capacity of 1 quart. The riveted handle is ergonomic for comfortable use and hollow to stay cool to the touch. To evenly conduct heat, it has an aluminum-clad bottom, and the body is constructed of resilient stainless steel.
