Vollrath 52009 Description

The Vollrath 52009 spatula has a flexible blade that can scrape products from virtually any container. Since the blade is thermoplastic, it maintains its shape in temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Its polypropylene handle is durable and resistant to minor damage. The space between the blade and handle is sealed to eliminate crevices that could trap food particles and other contaminants. The Vollrath 52009 spatula is dishwasher safe.
