Great for work with a variety of hot liquid foods, the Vollrath 61170 Spoodle® is heat resistant through 230 degrees Fahrenheit. So chefs can work with deep vessels without burn risks, it is 131⁄2 inches long. Because it is made of stainless steel, the spoodle resists scratching as well as rust and corrosion, and it has a stopper to hold it up on a pot rim.
