The Vollrath 61172 Spoodle® resists temperatures as hot as 230 degrees Fahrenheit, which enables it to work with liquid food products at high temperatures. Its 131⁄2-inch length provides chefs with a long utensil that reduces burn risks. For resistance to scratching, rusting, and corrosion, it is made of hardy stainless steel. Keeping it from falling into the food when not in use, its built-in stopper holds it on a pot’s rim.
