Vollrath 62167 Description
For high-heat applications, the Vollrath 62167 solid Spoodle® resists temperatures as high as 230 degrees Fahrenheit. To resist corrosion, the scoop is made of stainless steel, and the Grip 'N Serve® handle is coated in antimicrobial that reduces the spread of germs. Because the handle is ivory, employees can use it for color-coded applications, and a stopper on the back of the handle prevents it from sliding into a pot when an employee needs to step away. This spoodle accommodates 3 ounces of product.
