The 13.5-inch ergonomic handle endures temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has a built-in stopper notch that secures it in place on a pan’s edge. To maintain a clean look over time, the handle has built-in Agion antimicrobial agent, which slows bacterial growth.
