Vollrath 67540 Description
The 40-quart capacity of the Vollrath 67540 Wear-Ever® stock pot is ideal for cooking high volumes of soups, stocks, and stews. It has tall sides and a narrow shape that preserve liquids while food simmers; this also ensures liquids bubble for flavor extraction. Because the pot is made of 8-gauge aluminum, it resists denting and warping. The handles are welded to the sides; this arrangement creates a seamless interior to streamline cleaning.
