The Wear-Ever Aluminum Fry Pans from Vollrath are voted best in class for 13 years running. They are designed and built in the USA from extra-dent and warp-resistant 3004 aluminum alloy. It is built for use in demanding commercial kitchens.
The Vollrath 67912 features a Trivet handle that has a unique ergonomic design that reduces stress and fatigue. The vented handle design reduces heat transfer from the pan to handle, and this maximizes operator comfort. The handle is attached with an EverTite Riveting System that offers a lifetime warranty against loose rivets.
