Vollrath 68365 Description
The Vollrath 68365 Wear-Ever® roasting pan bottom can be combined with a matching top piece to create a tightly sealed chamber that roasts products, such as pork and turkey, for long periods of time. Made of sturdy 10-gauge aluminum, this unit resists denting and warping, and it has looped handles for secure transport. As much as 421⁄2 quarts of product fit inside this pan at once, making it ideal for high-volume operations.
