The Vollrath 68680 stock pot holds 80 quarts of soup, broth, or other liquid products for catered events or restaurants with high customer volume. It has a narrow, tall design that increases the bubbling of liquid, improving cooking and bringing additional flavors out of the food. Aluminum construction enables this stock pot to work with acid-based foods, resisting their corrosive effects.
