Great for tuna melts, grilled cheese, or pancakes, the Vollrath 702412 griddle pan flaunts a 12-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 3⁄4-inch high cooking surface finished with a CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating. Its square body is designed with three layers—a 3004 aluminum core that effectively conducts and distributes heat, a sturdy 18/0 stainless steel exterior that's compatible with gas, electric, or induction ranges, and a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior. Users can move the pan to and from the burner using its heat-resistant silicone handle, which withstands continuous temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit or intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For long-term preservation, this piece should be cleaned gently by hand.
