Vollrath 74100 Description
The Vollrath 74100 steam table wire grate fits full-size Super Pan 3® stainless steel or plastic pans. Using this wire grate reduces stuck-on food by creating a barrier between hot food and the bottom of the steam table pan, while the grate openings promote increased airflow beneath the food. This type of insert is useful for supporting moist or heavily breaded foods, such as fried chicken, that can become soggy or stuck to the pan without adequate airflow. It's made of heavy-duty, 22-gauge stainless steel wire and welded for increased resistance to cracking and bending.
