The Vollrath S10064 Super Pan® steam pan is made of durable 20-gauge, 300-series stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion. This quarter-size pan is great for holding side dishes such as mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. To prevent it from becoming stuck, it features jam-resistant corner shoulders, and its flat corners and edges ensure it remains secure in a food well. This unit accommodates 43⁄8 quarts of product.
