  This model is constructed using a stainless-steel front, sides, and front top ledge. The body frame is made of fully welded stainless and aluminized steel body frame. The polished steel griddle is 1" thick with U-shaped aluminized steel burners and mechanical snap action thermostats for every 12". The temperature can be adjusted about anywhere from between 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The knobs are chromed and protected by guards. The "cool bullnose" design keeps the front rail's average temperature below 130 degrees Fahrenheit when the griddle is operating at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For every two burners, there is one pilot safety. The patented gas control system provides supervised gas pilot protection without electrical connection.

  The spatula wide 3-1/2" grease gutter and chute are fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration. This leads to the large, 6-quart, stainless-steel grease drawer for easy disposal at the end of the day.
