Vulcan C24EO5-1 Electric Convection Steamer

  The Vulcan C24EO5 is a single compartment electric boilerless and connectionless steamer for countertops with a maximum 5 pan capacity. It has a stainless-steel exterior, cooking compartment, and generator pan. This durable design was made to provide you with many years of fantastic service.

  The generator pan contains a stamped water level line with an efficient steam generating system that requires no water or drain connection. It is connectionless, which makes it extremely flexible, allowing you to install it wherever you find space in your kitchen. Since there is no water connection, be sure to fill the water reservoir located at the bottom, prior to usage. This unit is easy to maintain because there is no external steam source and you won't have to worry about excess condensation which is usually a common sign in similar units.

  Heat is distributed evenly throughout the cavity, this is provided by the solid sheathed, tubular elements. These elements features thermal heat transfer capabilities, which helps in heat circulation. It has a three position control switch with a 60 minute timer, constant steam feature, and low water indicator. The low water indicator is helpful, because it will inform you with an audible signal when the water reaches a low level.
