   Not only was this unit built to cook in large quantities, but it also has a sleek and modern appearance. The electric, self-contained floor mounted tilting steam kettle with that stands on three tubular stainless-steel, 2" in diameter legs with flanged feet. The feet will prevent this appliance from being knocked over and making a mess on the floor. This appliance has a spring assisted hinged, stainless-steel cover with a condensate ring with a drop-down lift handle.

   It has a working capacity of 150-gallons, which can be converted to 568 liters, this is enough for an astounding 4,800 (4 oz.) servings. The bottom of the kettle's interior is sloped toward the front to allow for smooth product flow through a mounted, tapered, plug type food product draw-off valve with a 2" diameter.
