The Vulcan EV24-S-4FP-208 electric range has stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and legs with a fully welded aluminized steel frame, added for increased durability. It's also extremely versatile. The 4KW four French tops are large enough for you to simmer everything from vegetables and sauces to warming soups and stews. The coil style burners and the cast iron top make it easy for this unit to retain heat and uses thermostatic controls. These controls are perfect for an operator that wants exact control over the burners to set their dishes at the best temperatures.
An oven base included with this unit, and has an output of 5KW. It comes with one oven rack and three oven rack positions you can pick from. The door is heavy duty, with an integrated door hinge and spring mechanism that requires no adjustment. This includes top browning heat control and the thermostats can be adjusted from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
