The Vulcan EV48-S-4FP24G208 electric range has stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and legs with a fully welded aluminized steel frame, added for increased durability. It's also extremely versatile. The four 2KW French tops are large enough for you to simmer everything from vegetables and sauces to warming soups and stews. It's easy for this unit to retain heat and much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. It uses thermostatic controls which are perfect for an operator that wants exact control over the burners to set their dishes at the best temperatures.
A 24" wide, 7/8" thick griddle plate with one thermostat provided for every 12" of griddle. An oven base included with this unit, and has an output of 5KW. It comes with one oven rack and three oven rack positions you can pick from. The door is heavy duty, with an integrated door hinge and spring mechanism that requires no adjustment. This includes top browning heat control and the thermostats can be adjusted from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatile unit allows you to bake in the oven and at the same time, prepare dishes on the French top and griddle. It's the best choice for a busy kitchen that requires cooks to multi-task.
