   Not only was this unit built to cook in large quantities, but it also has a sleek and modern appearance. It is mounted on stainless steel, 2 diameter legs with adjustable flanged feet. The feet will prevent this appliance from being knocked over and making a mess on the floor. This a spring assisted hinged, stainless-steel cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle.

   The cover opens up to an interior with a bottom to front slope to provide product the opportunity to flow smoothly through a mounted, tapered, plug type food product draw-off valve at a standard 2" diameter with an opening strainer. With the use of a graduated measuring rod, you'll be able to accurately determine the amount of product you have remaining or measure ingredient amounts. It has a working capacity of 150-gallons, which can be converted to 568 liters, this is enough for an astounding 4,800 (4 oz.) servings. The controls include a thermostat with a combination gas control valve and electronic ignition.
