The appliance is self-contained, constructed of stainless-steel and has a 2/3 jacket. The steam jacket has a rating of 50 psi and is permanently filled with treated, distilled water. The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle liner is formed with fully welded standard type 316 and type 304 stainless-steel in the exterior. This ellipsoidal design will provide you with the ability to make 50% more product than the average tilting kettle of the same size. The cover is stainless-steel with spring assist hinges, it opens up to the spacious interior. The interior has embossed gallon/liter markers to guide you as you mix together all of your ingredients. This kettle will hold 60-gallons or 228 liters of your best soups, sauces, and pasta. That amount equals out to approximately 1,920 (4 oz.) servings.
