  No unit can compete with the VC44ED model from Vulcan. It uses stainless-steel to construct the front, sides, top, and legs. Not only does the exterior have a durable construction but the interior as well, which is constructed of porcelain enamel. The double pane windows and the non-sag insulation that is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors all help regulate and keep heat from escaping. The interior has two lights within each oven, and has five nickel plated oven racks with eleven rack positions per sections.
