Vulcan VCRB36-1 Radiant Gas Charbroiler

The Vulcan VCRB36-1, low profile, gas charbroiler is one of our best options. This unit is shipped standard for natural gas service, but a propane conversion kit is supplied. It is constructed with stainless-steel on the sides, front and front top ledge. This unit has a standing pilot ignition system. It has heavy-duty, cast iron char-radiants and burners with 5-1/4" cast iron grates. The grates are reversible for level or inclined broiling positions. Each of the six burners have one infinite heat control valve. An underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards, this creates a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip areas.

What are the gas connections?

Natural gas with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.

What are the clearances?

All models require a 3" clearance at both sides and rear adjacent to non-combustible constructions. All models require a 4" bottom clearance and must be installed with a minimum 4" legs.

What are the dimensions?

It is 36" wide, 27" deep, 13" in height. It has a 31-1/2" wide cooking area.
