Vulcan VCRG24-T1 Countertop Gas Griddle

Griddles are some of the most versatile appliances you can add to your kitchen. You can make fluffy pancakes or eggs for breakfast and use it to cook up juicy burgers and seafood as well. The low-profile Vulcan VCRG24-M1 is the perfect unit is to make something delicious not only for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner as well. This griddle will increase production capacity, which increases the speed of service to always meet the needs of your must demanding customers.

This unit is constructed of a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis with stainless-steel front, sides, and front top ledge. The stainless-steel and tapered side splashes will keep your walls and other equipment clean from grease or oil splashes that might launch from the 1" thick, polished steel, griddle plate. This is the largest and heaviest griddle plate in its class. Every 12" of that griddle cooking zone is a U-shaped burner that can be set from anywhere between 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This design will give you the best opportunity to perfectly cook anything on your menu to please even your most difficult customers. Then at the end of the day, this unit is easy to clean. It has a high capacity, 4-1/2" - quart, stainless-steel drawer for easy disposal.

What are the gas specifications?

It has a 3/4" rear gas connection and internal gas pressure regulator. It even has a convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service.

What is the appropriate clearance and environmental factors?

All models require a 6" clearance at both sides and rear adjacent to combustible constructions. All models require a 4" bottom clearance and must be installed with 4" legs.

What are the dimensions?
